Beey was the brainchild of a team passionate about simplifying business management. When we set out to build Beey, we didn't find any candidate that made invoicing and expense management simple, fast, and intuitive.

Our goal is to help you create invoices faster, track performance better, and stay compliant without complexity.

How we handle your data

We save the following data:

  • Account information (email, password hash, subscription status)
  • Business data (invoices, customers, expenses, business identification number, billing address)
  • Payment information (Stripe customer ID, subscription details)
  • Support communications (messages sent to our support team)

We collect only what is needed to provide the service and improve your experience.

  • Your account data is used for authentication and account management.
  • Business data is used only to power app features.
  • Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • You can request support at any time for account questions or data concerns.
  • Your data is yours. If you decide to leave, your data can be exported and will be fully deleted.
  • Emails sent from within Beey refer to your supplied email address for the purposes of client-to-business communications.
